How quickly can an engineer come to site?

What does 24/7 support cover?

There are 4 packages or levels of support to choose from, regarding our Onsite Maintenance Services.

• 24/7 with a 4 hour response (Full Maintenance) = Engineer and Part to site within 4 hours*
• 24/7 with a 8 hour response (Full Maintenance) = Engineer and Part to site within 8 hours*

8am-5pm NBD (24/7) = Call centre fault log, SLA Site Service Engineer, & Part Next Business Day*
UK ARC NBDF = Hardware Replacement & Collection Next Business Day
